Description: Special vegetable pastry margarine for puff dough applications, pastry varieties such as croissant and rolled pastry. İt offers high volüme in folded dough and leavened dough from which puff dough and croissant are derived by lapping. İt ensures perfect taste in pastry varieties after cooking and removes the taste of fat in mouth. İt is resistand to hot production ambient due to it’s flexible texture, it does not get softy and increases the resistance of dough.
