İt’s special fat for baklava production which contains tehe taste, consistency and odor of sheep milk fat. Developed specificallly for production og baklava, kadayıf and various desserts that contain ordinary dough and phyloo dough. İt adds the taste of odor sheep milk fat to dessert varieties. İt provides layers of phyllo dough and prevens sticking. İt adds shiny, perfect, appetizing taste. İt perevents from becoming dull and offers shiny ideal color.
